Christiania Shipping A/S purchased MT Sun Diana – renamed to MT Diana Theresa in July. The vessel is 12,900 dwt Stainless steel with 16 tanks and built at Usuki Shipyard/Japan in 2009.  This is our 3^rd vessel in this size, dedicated to our West Africa trade. In August, we purchased MT Likya C – renamed MT Likya Theresa. The vessel is 5,500 dwt Marine Line with 14 tanks built at Engin Dortler Shipyard/Turkey in 2009.  We have had the vessel on time-charter since 2012, so we know the vessel very well. Finally, we purchased MT Cavane – renamed MT Sigrid Theresa in august. The vessel is 8,100 dwt Stainless steel with 12 tanks and built at Sekwang Heavy industries, South Korea in 2008. We also purchased a majority share of RFTankers A/S, the owner of vessels MT Ozden and MT Azra.  

Furthermore, we have refinanced three of our vessels – MT Stella Theresa, MT Cathy Theresa, and MT Sigrid Theresa through Japanese leases, and the remainder of our fleet in a new loan facility with NIBC bank.

We also sold the oldest vessel in our fleet – MT Sofie Theresa, 3500 dwt, built 2003.
